Prioritize Mental Health & Wellness for Corpsmembers

We partner with Conservation Corps to support mental wellness and respond to mental health challenges on the grade, at hookline and tailgate, during spikes and more.

  • 1-Day Workshops for Staff & Corpsmembers

MHC Facilitators join Conservation staff and corpsmembers for a day of learning, self-exploration and relationship building to support resilience, stress management, conflict resolution, cultivation of inclusive cultures, unlearning unconscious bias, addressing microaggressions, and proactively fostering mental wellness.

  • Backcountry & Wilderness Mental Health Training

We specialize in helping supervisors and corpsmembers prepare for a season building trails and other conservation work by learning mindfulness, signs & symptoms of mental health challenge, identity exploration & more.

  • Virtual Live Mental Health Classes & Wellness Coaching

We offer weekly 1-hour group classes with specific curriculum focused on mental health & wellness at the corps, including intersectional identity development, self-advocacy, mindfulness, connectedness, conflict resolution, unlearning unconscious bias and more. Classes also include 30-minute individual wellness coaching sessions.

  • Accountable Systems for Corpsmember Success

Engage in a 6 to 12 month collaborative process that breaks down silos, strengthens work relationships, and creatively engages in improving systems to optimize corpsmember success.
