Your Mental Health is in the
GREEN ZONE.
Your mental health seems to be MOSTLY WELL.
You can handle a range of emotions, including experiencing more than 1 emotion at a time.
Your emotions - pleasant and unpleasant - pass in a reasonable amount of time.
You experience creativity and present moment focus.
You are able to problem solve and handle daily stressors.
You engage in wellness activities with little internal resistance.
Your daily habits, relationships, and interactions happen with ease.
You are satisfied with your work/school experience.
You take care of yourself, have healthy boundaries, practice self care, and haven’t experienced mental health challenges in the past, or if you have, you have healed and recovered from them.
You may see low scores in all or 3 of the Indicator Sections.
You may relate to some of these images.
That said, everyone experiences each Zone in their own way.

What you can do for your Mental Health…
In the Green Zone, simply keep doing what you are doing!
Recommendation #1
Make time to appreciate your mental wellness or share this space with others. Pay attention to the behaviors, actions and choices you’ve made that contributed to your well-being. Validation of these moments helps our brain seek more wellness.
Recommendation #2
Take healthy risks to try something new or explore a personal growth goal. When you are in a grounded Green Zone space, you are able to tolerate uncertainty and discomfort with more emotional regulation and ease.
Recommendation #3
Identify and track the behaviors, routines, and actions you have been using. For instance, you could make a list in your phone, write a log in your journal, or post visual cues such as "post its" and stickers around your home, office, or car.
It's often better to have a list of supportive practices and not need to reference them versus needing those reminders and not having them!
Recommendation #4
If feasible, consider taking a half or full day off work/school or clear some time over your weekend to celebrate your mental wellness.
