Your Mental Health is in the
RED ZONE.
Your mental health seems to be UNWELL
Your MHZ Self Check-in scores indicate you have experienced multiple Red Zone signs for the majority of days for 2 weeks or more.
You are likely only feeling 1 or 2 emotions that overwhelm you, or maybe you feel nothing.
You may be consumed by thoughts of suicide or hurting others. You may have a plan, timeline and means to carry out your thoughts.
Your sleep is likely disrupted and you feel constantly exhausted.
You probably have very few, if any, satisfactory social interactions and you likely aren’t engaged in activities that you enjoy.
If you are going to work/school, you may have extreme difficulty completing tasks. You may also find that you can’t go to work/school.
You may experience increased anxiousness and panic, including panic attacks.
You may feel hopeless and helpless.
You likely experienced mental health challenges in the past, and still struggle with them now.
You may notice high scores in 3 or 4 Indicator Sections.
You may relate to some of these images.
That said, everyone experiences each Zone in their own way.
